Minimum Order Requirements
Japanese Products
$2,000 minimum
Applies to Japanese Pokémon, One Piece, and Dragon Ball products.
Simplified Chinese Products
$1,000 minimum
Applies to Simplified Chinese wholesale products.
Mixing Japanese + Chinese
Each category must meet its own minimum. A mixed order requires at least $2,000 in Japanese products plus $1,000 in Simplified Chinese products.
Example combined minimum: $3,000

ACH and wire transfers do not have an added Voodoo Vault processing fee.

International shipping and DDP are included in the listed wholesale price where applicable.
Voodoo Vault to Customer
Shipping from our warehouse to the wholesale customer is billed separately.
Payment is required before shipment. Wholesale orders are not shipped until payment has cleared.

Preorder pricing and availability are based on supplier allocations and current market conditions. Quantities are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Pricing may change based on supply, demand, and supplier pricing. For website preorder payments, supplier orders are placed after payment has cleared and the funds are available.

Do you offer English Pokémon wholesale?
No. English Pokémon is not currently available through our wholesale program.
Can I mix Japanese and Simplified Chinese products?
Yes. Each category must independently meet its minimum order requirement: $2,000 for Japanese products and $1,000 for Simplified Chinese products.
Do you offer volume discounts?
When volume pricing is available, it will be reflected in the current wholesale pricing provided to approved accounts.
Are preorder quantities guaranteed?
No. Preorders remain subject to supplier allocation, availability, and market conditions until confirmed.
How often does wholesale pricing change?
Pricing may change based on supplier cost, exchange rates, supply, and market demand.
